Cancellations and product returns

Return Process: If you wish to exchange your product for another, please contact us via email at giaglilia@yahoo.com or by phone at 6994343399. After contacting us, you will send the product back to us, and we will send you another one of your preference. Please note that the shipping cost in this case will be borne by the customer.

Important Information Regarding Returns:
  • For a return to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition and must not be missing anything from its packaging (tags, etc.), and the proof of purchase must also be included in the package.
  • Until the product reaches us, it is your responsibility, so it is important to ensure safe shipping to avoid any damage, which could result in the inability to return the item.
  • Note: In the unfortunate event that the product arrives damaged, please notify us on the same day, and we will arrange for its immediate replacement.

    Cost of Returning / Exchanging Products:

    In cases where the return / exchange is not due to the fault of the company GIAGLI LIA, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. When the return / exchange is due to the shipment of a defective or incorrect product, the return and reshipping costs will be borne by the company GIAGLI LIA.

    Refunds:

    A thorough quality check is applied to returned products. Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date the products are received using one of the following methods:

  • Cancellation of the credit card charge used during the purchase
  • Bank transfer
